Being a professional Jockey for the last 24 years has been an exciting career. But just recently, within the last 2 months, I have decided to take a leave from my riding career to pursue a career in Personal Training. I love helping people set goals, watch them make the changes that will help them progress to there final outcome, be a source of knowledge and the person they need to be accountable to for all there fitness and nutrition needs.
I am moving and progressing forward in my own way by taking on this new career with a lot of determination and passion. I am currently training 2-4 people a day, taking my sports Nutrition and Group Fitness Certifications and learning as much as I can daily.
I am looking forward to the many new experiences I will encounter in my new life's path! I hope you will continue to follow me in my new career as you did with my racing career.
