I created this website to help people learn about there bodies, how it is constantly reacting to the many changes it goes thru from the foods we eat, emotional and environmental stress and physical changes.  

I have always been passionate about improving my physical strength and well being.  I want to pass this along to you.

I want this website to be a good STARTING POINT for you.  
Learn a little bit at a time, so you can start to make little changes to your Daily Eating Habits and Fitness regimen.
Bad habits are hard to break but with consistency, accountability and staying on the right track you will see results.  This is where you will get excited and want more.
