Healthy Breakfast Ideas

A healthy breakfast makes it easier to lose weight. And there are other benefits, like better concentration, more strength, and greater endurance.
*Remember, you can replace ingredients for healthier ones than shown.  For example, bread for Ezekiel or sprouted bread, milk or soy milk for Almond or rice milk.

Hearty Boosted Protein Shake
2 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate or Vanilla Protein
1/2 to 1 scoop Daily Fiber Boost
1/2  Cup of Water or Almond Milk

1 Tablespoon of Nuts (healthy fats)
1/4 cup of frozen Berries (Carbohydrates)
1/2 cup to 1 Cup of frozen Spinach and/or Kale
9oz of water or Ice as desired

​Arbonne Protein Shake Recipes
*to make any shake smooth and fluffy, just add a 1/4 to 1/2 of an avocado

Almond Butter Shake
2 scoops Arbonne chocolate or Vanilla Protein
1/2 to 1 scoop Daily Fiber Boost
1 cup of water and/or Almond Milk
1 tbsp Almond Butter
1/2 Frozen or fresh Banana
Ice cubes

Very Berry Shake
2 scoops of Arbonne Chocolate or Vanilla Protein
1/2 to 1 scoop Daily Fiber Boost
1 Cup of Water and/or Almond Milk
1/2 to 1 cup mixed Berries or one Berry of choice
Ice cubes

Pumpkin Spice Shake
2 scoops Arbonne of Chocolate or Vanilla Protein
1/2 to 1 scoop Daily Fiber Boost
1 Cup of Water and/or Almond Milk

1/4 cup Pumpkin Puree
Tiny Pinch of Cinnamon, ginger & Nutmeg
Ice Cubes
