all wrapped into 30 minutes for an optimal fitness class.
 

We will teach you the basic Jab, Hooks, Kicks and Punches you will need for an effective workout!

​All classes incorporate a warm-up and a progressive 4 rounds of boxing, followed with core/cool-down. 
 
This class is designed to improve your Healthy, Burn Calories, Tone Muscle and Gain Strength and Coordination. 
 
Perfect for beginners all the way to advanced fitness levels!

  • Boxing Gloves provided for class use
  • Free Hand Wraps with first 4 paid Classes
  • $100 / 4 classes* (2x per week / 2 consecutive weeks)
