All classes incorporate a warm-up and a progressive 4 rounds of boxing, followed with core/cool-down. This class is designed to improve your Healthy, Burn Calories, Tone Muscle and Gain Strength and Coordination. Perfect for beginners all the way to advanced fitness levels! |
